Veneered panels

Veneered panels are semi-finished wood products consisting of a raw support panel, that is veneered with natural, stained or reconstituted veneers. In our warehouse we have more than one hundred veneer essences, which are selected according to the quality of the wood. After the selection, the veneer bundles are cut: a first cut to obtain the desired length and the second longitudinal cut to obtain the maximum parallelism of the veneer sheets.

Then, the pack is taken to the splicing machines: the veneer sheets can be spliced by glue or thread. Lastly, the spliced veneer sheet is pressed on the required type of support to be then squared and packed.
